Southeast Colorado Springs is located to the west of the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport and Peterson AFB, south of Platte Avenue, north of Milton E. Proby Pkwy and East of Circle Drive. This area are also conveniently located to nearby 3 military bases: Peterson Air Force, Shriever Air Force and Fort Carson.
Shopping, businesses and the restaurants along Powers Corridor and South Academy Boulevard and the large array of smaller, inexpensive and older homes round out the diversity this area offers.
