East Colorado Springs is located east of Union Boulevard, North of Platte and west of Powers Boulevard. Rolling hills (especially in Old Farm and Rustic Hills area) has a rural setting featuring larger lots that has attracted home buyers for years to this area of established and close-knit neighborhoods.
