I was very fortunate to work with  Mrs. Elizabeth Palmer.  Elizabeth has a good knowledge of the market and excellent ability to relate to people.  Her marketing strategy and good negotiating skills resulted in an offer and ultimately sale to, I believe, everyone's satisfaction. 

Since I've been living outside Colorado it was particularly important to me to have an agent that would keep me appraised on a regular basis. During the months my home was on the market Elizabeth and I had frequent correspondence and conversations, many times on Elizabeth's private time.  Having a good communication with my agent was very helpful and definitely reduced the stress associated with selling the home.  

I would like to mention that when I bought the home Elizabeth represented me as a buyer and worked with me intensely for months prior that to find a place to my liking.  Again, her good negotiating skills and quick resolution of issues resulted in a transaction to everyone's satisfaction. 

I currently reside in Massachusetts and plan to start looking for a home in the area.  Because of my good experience with Coldwell Banker Brokerage in previous two transactions, your company will be my first choice in selecting an agent to represent me as a buyer.
